Put is this way, running PCT will help kickstart your natural test production quicker than if you didn't run PCT.

that's kind of an obscure question, not many people who know what they are doing would run a test/deca cycle without pct, therefore not many people will know how much longer recovery would take, and even then everyone is different.
needless to say recovery would likely take longer without pct.
What kind of test and exactly what were the start/stop times, dosages, and what is pct and when did it start?

nolva only...guess i didnt do the research....i used 500 test e and 400 deca...stopped mid september started pct about a week ago which is only nolvadex.i know your supposed to start it 2 weeks after but i f ed up and i know everyone is different but does anyone know a rough timetable?

Agreed, i just spotted the time table, you aren't really late with your PCT anyway, it looks like you started around 3wks after your last shot, with deca thats a good start for PCT so, get some aromasin to go along with the nolva, being a steroidal AI it will help. It's increases test by around 60%.

ty for input....last thing i was wondering was i gained about 30lbs on the cycle and have been off for almost a month and have lost 7 lbs since then....when will the decrease in weight stop. im still working out and eating my usual diet foods.

sorry lol....my buddy has an extra bottle of arimidex...useful in my case? if so how much should i use with the 20 a week of nolva daily

As adex is a non steroidal AI i wouldn't bother, it's not like you have exogenous test in your system that is aromatising to estrogen.

Maybe you can hit up AR-Research for some Arimidex. This isn't the ideal choice, but they are currently out of Aromasin. Maybe some HCG?
As for time frame, it will probably be a while, so I don't think it would hurt to add another compound.

hcg may not be a bad idea up front to stimulate the testies before you jump on clomid,wait atleast 5 days after last hcg shot to start clomid
btw, im not a big fan of nolva for pct,its just not nesacerry if you ask me

Why? it's the best serm with the least sides for blocking the estrogen receptors in the hypothalmus.
This is paramount for helping kickstart natural test.

Haha, nice.
Yeah, what I mean is, what is available easily. He's got Nolva, so IMO, he doesn't need Clomid. AR-R out of Aromasin (my preference). So Arimidex is kinda the next best thing. That was my line of thought.

A little searching would help with the aromasin, it's out there. I like arimidex as an ai on cycle if needed, but not for pct. Just my personal preference though.
I used to use nolva and clomid together for pct, worked well for me.
