Hey guys, I am entering my 8th week of sust 250 (@ 500mg/wk) cycle. Towards week 5 I started Adex at .30mg/ED to help with gyno in right nip, .30 didnt help so I increased to .50mg/ED and have kept it there. My question is, I have not gained more than a couple pounds in the first 8 weeks and i've noticed my vascularity has decreased... whats going on?? My diet has been very clean (im trying to gain lean mass) at about 3000-3500cal/day and in concern of overtraining ive limited my workouts to 2-4 exercises per bodypart, but have not sacrificed intensity.

Monday: Back + Abs
Tuesday: Shoulders + Traps
Wednesday: Legs + Calves
Thursday: Chest + Abs
Friday: Biceps
Saturday: Triceps + Calves
