    help PGF2

    i've been doing my research and found that PGF2 is the best if not only solution to localised growth. stanzol and the likes are just shams that cause swelling right? has anyone tried these or knows about them. since forever because of my genes ive lacked in my chest. my shoulders are pretty big taking over my chest soon and my chest although im benching harder then ever is still lacking. so PGF2 seems the only way. my cuz said i should stop using steroids if i go on because my muscles will pop?? anybody that can help out will be heaps appreciated. thanks.

    Localised growth??, are you ready to inject prostaglandins several times ED for 2-3 months?

    Im gona go out on the limb n say u have never used or seen anyone use a PG before. It works fast and it works very well, id say to well. I swear by it but i cant imagine using it for 2-3months at a time, ur ass is ready to die after 1day of it. I think the longest i stayd on was 3maybe 4wks tops. I do a wk here n ther on a lean bulk cycle or a cutting cycle.

    Oh but btw I have nvr noticed local site fat loss or muscle gains

    i went through that whole thread. lol wow at the gains and sides. so there is no localised muscle growth?? then i dont need it . what can i use to get my chest on track with my whole body? thanks guys. im on 8% body fat aswell so i dont think its wise to use this?

    when you do chest what do you do besides bench.. problem may be in your training

    hard to say ive been trying alot of things on chest. but now im sticking to this kind of workout:

    bench press

    start off 100kg which is my max right now

    5 sets:
    10reps
    10reps
    8reps
    8reps
    8reps

    then i go down weight to 80kg

    3sets:
    12reps then dips
    12reps dips
    12reps dips

    down to 60kg

    6sets:
    20reps dips
    20reps dips
    15reps dips x4

    i then do flys about 3 sets

    pullovers and pushups 3 sets

    im really working hard on my chest. i push myself to the limit. is there a lack of muscle there or something. it seems right after i finish a huge chest workout they just go back the way they were. every thing else is doing great for me. im doing my chest every other day now. ive been told to do that to help it grow quicker. im strapped for ideas and i know it's cause of my genes. i have big shoulders and a small chest. fkn pathetic lol

    maybe change it up a little.. see it it helps..

    knock off some of those sets benching and hit the pec deck.. cable crossovers..
    incline press.. ect

    you training your chest too often,your not allowing the muscle to rebuild

    agreed,you need to change it up,there are alot better chest exercises then just bench

    1st stop working chest sooo often...

    2nd...try alternating weeks with 1st week heavy weight light reps 2nd week light weight high reps....for about 8 weeks...you will see growth after that...

    Have you EVER read ANY muscle mag EVER? Where did you get the idea that training chest EOD was good for yoU?....that is why you are making no progress

    up until now my chest has had no gains doing it once a week. even now doing it every other day. im out of ideas trying to find what works. what if my genes are poor in that area. what can i do about it?

    implants..

    id change up routine.. shock the muscles
    lift heavy,less reps
