if you are bending over sorta far or anything on any exercises it might be putting pressure on your stomach which might make things feel a little weird but if its not that then i have no clue

In the last 2 months or so I've barfed after working out 3 times. 2 of which were leg day and the other I was pissed off at the world and was just really givin er...
Have these been extra intense workouts or just the normal?

    Lightbulb

i feel like puking almost every time i work out before 8am. NO Xplode is necessary to wake me up lol but then i get that upset stomach feeling cus its so early. one time i did puke then finished my workout cus i felt fine after.
if the puking is holding you back try pulling the trigger then gettin back in there. sounds like your just working hard tho man, probly the same reason ppl puke during intense agility workouts etc.

Nah real intense workouts can make you barf easily.... It doesnt matter what you eat or not or supplements, even though those may not help got to find your groove. Dont over do it, but just drinking too much water can do it as well.

I know alot of people that have tossed their cookies after a good workout, but if its anything besides water and maybe a few of your pills from Animal something else maybe wrong.

    ^^^^^^^ Yep, it's probably intensity.
I remember the first time I told my trainer to "kick my ass" on leg day I was in the corner barfing into a trash can after about 20 minutes.
Then I couldn't walk for about 9 days.

i do that sometimes if im on a cutting diet. I try and make it to the garbage can instead of puking all over the weights like a certain hardcore member on this board would (you know who you are, ruhl).

Sorry i just realized im not in the lounge. My real answer is as follows: Its happened to me a couple times on leg days if i go balls to the wall.
