    Cycle Advice

G'day fellas, names Rory (from Australia) and i was wondering if any1 could lend some advice and tips as to what actions i should take for my next cycle, ill just give you a brief overview of whats happened in the past.

Im 170cm or 5"7 in the old scale and weighed 51kgs (112pounds) before doing my 1st cycle (i'd been working out for around 2 months before sussin roids) The idea of roids came to me as id tried all the necassary natural eating...that is eating healthyily and when that didnt work i ate as much junk food i could and then that didnt progress (i still compete in compeitition sports 3days a week)+ im 20 so my metabolism is still quite good especially burning all those calories during the day. I'd always planned on doing roids as all members in my family are quite lightly built. My 1st cycle was more of a sussage cycle and i wasnt expecting miracles however the results i got were quite positive. After 10 weeks i managed to increase my weight from 51kgs (112pounds) to 58.5 kgs (129pounds) before now settling at 56kgs (123.5pounds). over the 10 weeks (working out mon-Fri) i used 5mg Dbol tabs (4-5 a day), Deca 50 and Test E (i also ate, slept, drank obscene amounts of water and supplement shakes and didnt party). However with summer approaching i wanted to get to my goal of a minimum 62kgs. Im heading to vietnam for a holiday and willl luckily have access to any steroid straight over the counter, ive been Thinking of stacking Anadrol 50 with Boldenone, Deca or Test P? for quick gains and mass bulk? what do you think feel free to leave any comments or advice that may help me in working out dieting and habits i may undertake for my next cycle as im going to be taking this as my last cycle (hopefully) as im only doing this for amatuer use not for pro bodybuilding or anything like that.

    Welcome.
I can confidently say that your diet is a major issue.
    What is it, in detail?

i can definatly agree that my diet wasnt strictly followed, as mentioned, more or less the 1st cycle was more of a try out sorta thing, of course i was committed went to the gym religiously, and made sure i had my 8-9hrs a night of sleep. My diet however was the most complicated thing 2 maintain. Its quite hard for me to maintain the 'clockwork' diet, due to me having to attend uni, work and outside sporting commitements, however i tried to eat the 5 meals a day accordingly, a good realistic day would usually look somthing like this (below). and bad days would sometimes exclude a 2nd or 4th meal but i would never miss 2 meals in a day. im aware of many diets and eating habits that should be strictly followed such as the ones posted in the comments below do you have any habits or diets that have worked for you and if you could, maybe post a diet for me to follow.....

in the morning i would usually eat oatmeal cereal and toast with orange juice.
my 2nd meal was usually a light snack, things like tuna or sushi with a banana and bottle of water
Lunch was pasta or rice w/chicken or beef (curries as well) with bottle of water
4th meal was usually after work or uni, and was usually something on the go, a lamb or chicken kebab/souvlaki or subway. w/bottle of water
5th meal is usually a meat of some sort....whatever mum cookt (fish, steak, chops etc.) with vegies salad pototoes etc. w/juice

i also religiously drank my minumim 2.5-3L perday of water plus my supplement shakes

the reason why i actually made up my mind to try them out was that id tried to put on the weight eating right initially and when that didnt work i tried eating junk food crap and i still couldnt put on weight, every1 in my family is quite short & thin, i still excersiced reguarly playing competitive sports @ a high level and still do which is another reason i guess i burn alot of calories and fat per day.

wow bro im not flaming you here but you have a lot to learn, until you get your diet in order and pick up at least 15kgs naturally stay away from steroids.
now that being said let me say that i get more calories in before 1pm then you get in your entire day.start reading in the diet forum and you'l quickly get the idea,
again please stay away from steroids as you are not getting enough food to grow, and whatever you do pick up while on steriods you'l lose.

that all depends on your body type, how you train and most importantly your diet. some people can gain 20lbs of lean muscle off that cycle while others will gain 5lbs(water weight dosn't count in my mind)
