My diet however was the most complicated thing 2 maintain. Its quite hard for me to maintain the 'clockwork' diet, due to me having to attend uni, work and outside sporting commitements, however i tried to eat the 5 meals a day accordingly, a good realistic day would usually look somthing like this (below). and bad days would sometimes exclude a 2nd or 4th meal but i would never miss 2 meals in a day. im aware of many diets and eating habits that should be strictly followed such as the ones posted in the comments below do you have any habits or diets that have worked for you and if you could, maybe post a diet for me to follow.....
in the morning i would usually eat oatmeal cereal and toast with orange juice.
my 2nd meal was usually a light snack, things like tuna or sushi with a banana and bottle of water
Lunch was pasta or rice w/chicken or beef (curries as well) with bottle of water
4th meal was usually after work or uni, and was usually something on the go, a lamb or chicken kebab/souvlaki or subway. w/bottle of water
5th meal is usually a meat of some sort....whatever mum cookt (fish, steak, chops etc.) with vegies salad pototoes etc. w/juice
i also religiously drank my minumim 2.5-3L perday of water plus my supplement shakes
the reason why i actually made up my mind to try them out was that id tried to put on the weight eating right initially and when that didnt work i tried eating junk food crap and i still couldnt put on weight, every1 in my family is quite short & thin, i still excersiced reguarly playing competitive sports @ a high level and still do which is another reason i guess i burn alot of calories and fat per day.
