    Trying to gain weight...Can someone help ?

    Hi,

    First of all, congratulations for this great forum.

    My nae is José and im Portuguese.
    Im 29 year old and i have 1.78mt and 56kl.

    Im eating for every 3 hours a piece of fruit or some cake ?
    everiday i make some workout at home... very simple thing.

    Well i want to gain at least 20kg, is there some supplement i can use that u trust??

    a piece of cake or fruit every 3 hours ?

    are you fkcking jokeing me man.

    you need to eat a proper meal of protein/carbs/fat every 2-3 hours to gain weight.

    the best supplement for you at the moment is food.

    join a gym and get a proper workout routeen going.

    not joking.

    I take breakfeast and eat at midle of morning then i take lunch
    then dinner and eat something at evening.

    Do you think is not enough ? xiii ill have to eat a cow everyday ?

    just kiding thought there would be a easy way to gain weight but seems there isnt.

    Im already thinking in going to the gym.
    But i dont see how can i eat more

    No need to use weight gainer powders ?

    you can eat more-just eat every 2-3 hours .

    good meals like

    breakfast-4 hard boild eggs,bolw of good oats

    meal 2-whey protein drink-lean beef on brown bread

    meal 3 -chicken filllet with 1 large sweet pataoe

    meal 4 -2 cans tuna with brown rice

    meal 5-whey protein drink with hand full off armold nuts

    meal-6frsh samon fillet with vegies and sweet patatoe

    things like that every 2-3 hours .

    lots of warter every day and maybe a weight gainer drink too(dont take more than 2-3 protein drinks every day,you need real food)

    get some creatine for the gym

    Ill do it like that, starting the diet tomorrow and the gym possibly next month.

    Do you suggest some wheight gainer ? i have been reading and possibly true mass ?

    or do you knhow some better ?

    you need to hit the gym right away -eating all that food and not lifting weights will not be good ,you will just get fatish.

    try and cut out the weight gainer drinks and get a 100% pure whey protein powder.

    you can add the powder to your oats on the morning for extra protein.

    mix the pro powder with whole milk for extra calaries thuout the day.

    lifting weights will be the start of you gaining weight
