i have flax seed oil in capsules but not sure how much fat is in each 1. this is what it says on the back.
Organic Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum) 1 capsuals = 1000 mg *
Alpha-Linolenic Acid ***** -3) 250 mg
Oleic Acid ***** -9) 60 mg
Linoleic Acid ***** -6) 55 mg
