    Red Bull/Cycle

    Hey everyone,

    I was just curious on your thoughts of drinking sugar free red bull/any energy drink while doing a cycle. I know these types of drinks raise your heart rate and blood pressure and I was curious if they actually make you retain water, gain fat and etc. Has anyone experienced this? I have a bad habit of drinking 2 or 3 sugar free red bulls a day. I have tried researching and looking around on here but couldn’t find much info so I’m just looking for some thoughts or experiences.     I have the ocasional sugar free energy drink. Its not a regular thing but its a good pick me up sometimes. Many people use these pre-workout to get amped up. However I dont know how great it is for you in general to drink 3 red bulls a day.

    I dont see any problems with drinking sugarfree redbull.....I am a bartender at a night club, and sometimes, i have 3-5 during a shift.......and as far as raising blood pressure, i doubt it has much more of an effect as running gear would....

    But if you are going to drink energy drinks make sure they are sugar free, that way you are not taking in any of those empty crap calories....

    I hate this crap.....its the worst on my stomach.....YUUUK

    There are many better choices out on the market!!

    It's not really a "crap drink that you guys are calling it. I mean shit he likes red bull quit telling him its shit. That's like saying bud is better than miller, or smirnoff malt liquor. Energy drinks are energy drinks, apart from obvious differences that's beside the point.

    Personally, i like Rock Star. Sugar and all!!! Those cals don't mean anything to me.

    Haha exactly. Unless you're cutting for a contest, I wouldn't worry about energy drinks.

    No shit. I might cut once every 2 years for shitz and giggles. Otherwise hell no. I'm too messed up in my own little world for that.
