Okay so heres my delima,
I havent ran a cycle for over a year, and I want to run one pretty soon.
But my problem is I have shoulder pain in my left shoulder.
It hurts whenever I do any bench presses. but I am able to do pretty much all my other exercises without that much pain. I have been doing my chest workout with dumbells since I got this pain in my shoulder.
I was going to wait to see if it healed but its been six months already with not much improvment.
I don't have money to go to the Dr.
so my question is, do you think it would be okay for me to run a light cycle to gain a little muscle?
