Hello everyone I am new to the forum. I am about to start my first cycle ever. I was wondering if doing a deca/test stack is the best way to go. I was advised by some gym rats im always around to go this route. Any advise would be appreciated. I am looking for strength gains but more than anything I am looking to put on mass. I would like to be at least 200 in 6 months
