Hey I'm 30 year old male
235lb 28% body fat, I've been working out for years, cycleing to
off and on since 1998, the last few cycles I put on mucle my wieght went up alot and retained alot of water, I want to do it the right way now, so now I want to diet the right way, stop ****ing up my juice.
Anyway I'm looking for the best diet for me to start stredding wieght.
I'm always been that guy that look good in shirts, but always had a high body fat., and also I was thinking about adding some clen and t3 to speed up the prcess, is that ok?
