do you think I'm ready for a 1st cycle ?

    hi

    I'm 41, 5'11" and 176 lbs (see picture)
I've trained for years, not all days and long periods without training of course, difficult to get bigger naturally now. What's your advice ?
Perhaps wait a bit and train harder + eat more before 1st cycle ?

    biceps 15
    chest 41.3

^^ at 41 its very hard to gain muscle naturally. almost twice as hard as a 20 something yo kid.

i wouldn't say eat MORE but eat BETTER. diet will do wonders regardless of age

of course I do ! at 18 I was 154 lbs, now I'm 176 lbs, not so thin is it ?
But I'm training alone, and difficult to lift more than 220 lbs on bench press for exemple.

Bro if you wanna juice...then juice! I'm 44 and juice is the best way to go to help build muscle and strength....just do some research and don't let anyone pull the wool over your eyes!

Do lots of research and make sure your diet is 100% in check. What does your diet/routine look like now?

hey bro, I didn't go to the gym EVERY f**** DAY of those f**** 23 years you see what I mean
I had long periods (sometimes 1 year let's say) I did not do anything you see...
And I agree, I was not hard training...
2 or 3 years ago I tryed to train more, I reached 220 lbs @ bench press...I took whey and calculated my diet to reach 150 g/day protein intake...but I have now difficulties to lift more than 220. perhaps because I'm 41 ?
And I have more easily joint problems than before (shoulders, epicondilitis)

That's why I thought about Testosterone enanthate.

I did a lot of research about gears, PCT, ...
I bought T enanthate and deca, then left them in my cupboard and posted this message.
I've quit training since may because of shoulder pain. slow healing I'm afraid.

    I would like to try a first 300 or 400 mg/w T enanthate @ 10 weeks cycle.
    actually my routine is
    day 1 : chest
    day 2 : biceps/triceps/forearms
    day3 : delts
    day 4 : legs
    day 5 : back
    week end : rest

my diet, I don not really pay attention to it, I eat many carbs and take whey to reach proteins needs for BB. more or less 0.331 pounds/day

    Hey man
Agree w/ inky - juice it up if you want to - youre prolly not going to have any mo kids anyway! lol But don't lay off training or the juice is wasted. If your shoulder is hurt train your legs or forearms or something! and if you have a problem with going over 220 w/ a barbell do dumbell training - it's great - more control. BTW I'm 49 did test this year and blew up - it's great - but I train like a mofo and i watch my diet very carefully.

    Good luck bro

you will need to better your diet if you want good results from steroids. specifically protein, as you dont seem to be eating enough of it. at 41, wanting to change your physique will be a challenge, and yes steroids will help. the deca may help with your shoulder problem, it does with mine

This is just my input, not sure if everyone will agree. You should fix your routine a little. You categorized arms into one day which shouldn't be, in my opinion. Biceps are pull muscles and triceps are push muscles. Why not work back and bi's on day five and chest and tri's on day 1. Then for day 2 you can incorporate ABS into your workouts. Your bench probably hasn't gone up because your core isn't strong enough? If anyone disagrees let me know and i'll edit.

I think you said that backwards arent triceps push muscles and biceps pull muscles? but i do agree with the back and bi's and forearms together and chest and tri's thats what my plan is and then shoulders legs and traps together. 6 days a week eeach twice

    You beat me to it....

I think if he puts day 4 between 1 and 2 and day 5 between 2 and 3, it will look alot like my workout.

I would never do forearms in with bis and tris though. I like bi's with tri's and alternate, you can get a nice workout and max stretch its nice. I know a few people that do it, and its to each their own but I like it. Forearms is pushing it over the limit though.

Also I use my weekend at least 1 day for cardio...

Check your test level. And its your choice.

As was typed before, its harder gain muscles and lose fat when you become older.

I think little higher dose of test than HRT dose will suit you best 200-300mg/wk and deca for joints 150-200mg/wk will do trick for you and sides will be non-existence. And after your cycle follow blood tests to see how you recover and if you will have hard time to recover just stay on HRT dose of test 100-150mg/wk and just some times use higher amount to do cycle.

Diet is 1st, 2th is gym and 3th are AS/Suplements. Just use your head. And you look good for 41yo natty man. Good work!

    that's #1 fact ! don't think I'll gain 20 lbs LEAN mass naturally at 41 anymore ! Even 10 lbs is so hard ! I'm 176, not big that's right, but not thin for a 5'11".
    Well, I'll soon begin a 200mg deca+ 300 T enanthate @10w cycle.
I'm still waiting my shoulder has completely recovered.

Im a little concerned with your conviction to getting healthy again. You whole life has taken a lackadaisical attitude towards weight training. Hence your current size. Just be real careful with what you put in your body and really put your heart into it this time. I just have a feeling you will probably put like 6-8 months into this and never touch a weight again. All the money and juice would be waste if that becomes the case. Good luck!
