    6 month weight loss before/after

    wats up bros

7 months ago i got into weight lifting when i decided that i wanted to lose weight... from then on i began reading anything and everything i could get my hands on that had anything to do with proper diet and nutrition... i busted ass for 6months and never cheated once or missed a cardio session or a day in the gym... i went from 196.5lbs and 38%bodyfat to 143lbs and 9%bodyfat... Its been about a month now and im bulking for the school year to put on size and then i will be competing in a show at the end of the summer... Bodybuilding changed my life and i am never going to stop... Im hooked for life and this is only the beginning of the journey... here are the pics

As far as my cardio i just did long distance running, but the thing was i kind of lost a little muscle towards the end cuz my intensity was a little high and its not really good to do that when your calories are so low... My diet was simple, i only ate carbs at breakfast and would hit the weights every morning after that... for the rest of the day it was chicken, spinach, and fish oils, other than my pre bed shake and whey after my workout. Here was my daily schedule

    Wake up

    protein shake/hydroxycut hardcore

    cardio

    1/2cup oatmeal/1banana/5egg whites/protein shake

    weights

    40gwhey

    4ozchicken/3cups spinach/ fish oils

    4ozchicken/3cups spinach/ fish oils

    4ozchicken/3cups spinach/ fish oils

    4ozchicken/3cups spinach/ fish oils

    25g casein protein

Assuming your numbers are accurate you lost 61.5 Lbs of fat and gained 8 Lbs of muscle in that 7 months. Those are incredible results, congrats on the discipline and hard work!!
