    week 4, day 2

    Stats
    weight: 170lbs
    fat: high single digit bodyfat%
    age: 19 (not the topic bros)
    training: 2 years
    height 6'0
    diet: 3500-4000 cal (~100g fat/200g+ protein/~350-400g carbs)


    Cycle
    Sust 250
    ~125mgs** shot EoD

    **shot a little over the 125ml mark, 15 shots so far, with about 1 shot left in vial, so lets just say 16 shots out from a 10ml vial of 250mgs/per ml. 2500mgs sust/16 shots = 156mgs.25 per shot ive been shooting (Of course some resin is left in each syringe/vial)


    So its week 4, day 2... and weight has gone up 3 lbs(173) since start of cycle... and no noticeable strength gains. Sex drive has gone up SLIGHTLY, i'm going to go ahead and say I'm 10% more hornier vs pre cycle.

    Injections have been fine, no pain/infections... so gear is defiantly sterile, but as far as if its fake or not... I think I'd have to say its possibly under dosed?





    What do you guys think, should I be humping my grandmother by now and noticing a little strength gains? I bought it from a guy at work who juices, don't know him that well or talk to him much but he says he uses same lab and it should good. Should I pop open my next vial (bought 2) and continue with cycle, or go back to him and ask for different stuff?

    You should be feeling something soon. Id say continue with the injections until week 9 or so. If you havent gained much, or noticed some strength increase, the gear is bunk.

    btw, i know you dont want to here it, but you are to young, to small, and your diet macros are average at best.

    Let me see your diet, im sure thats part of the problem.

    Show how much each thing weighs, and macros per meal if you have them.

    I'm going to be changing it around though, switching to 0% milk to get rid of the saturated fat, and going to add more egg whites, bread, peanuts/almonds etc.

    Wait, FU CK! All my threads turn into diet/age wars!! My diets fine for now, still putting on cpl lbs a month, and I will be tweaking it as time progresses, as for age, I've put it off for 2 years and I'm more then happy with that, cycle is due to career goals, so lets leave it at that. Answers directed about my cycle appreciated.

    Yes you did, thank you, was directing that to anyone else coming into the thread, as far diet, if I'm still gaining 1-2lbs per month, shouldn't that mean its fine? Also macros, i got them right off the labels.

    I would lay one out that i use for you, but honestly im tired so im gonna show you this one i have saved.

    This would be an ideal diet for your goals.

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

    well, broke the seal on next vial and injected, going to be upping the dose slightly, lets see what that does, would still appreciate some insight on others who have done a sust only cycle though.

    Man... really concerned about this, my friend from work who juices, who got me my amps through his guy, was telling me I'm not going to get much mass/noticing much on 500-600mgs/week. Saying that's the minimum baseline for cycles and I shouldn't be expecting much from it. (hes currently cruising on 900mg's week, pretty big guy, 5'6 190lbs)

    Now from what i've researched from here I believe that isn't true, and almost sounds like hes IS scamming me and this stuff is under dosed, but I don't wanna sound like a retard and say "well people from an online website who I've never met are telling me your stuffs under dosed!". Since all his knowledge is from hands on experience, and I'm just finding my stuff out from a computer. Day 33 today of cycle... still 173 lbs, no "on" feeling.

    Yeah that's the thing about this guy, hes a good guy and everything, but hes going to die before he's 30. He started using at 17, hes 20 now, and I donno much between him 17-20 but, I know hes "on" always now, doesn't cycle and, isn't really knowledgeable in PCT. Tried talking to him about SERMS and AI's, or if his guy any Clomid, and he never heard of any of that.

    Now I know I should try and help him, but come on I'm a novice bb'er, and have been cycling for 1 month now, vs his 3 years of experience and his size, he bulked up to 210 last winter, was a little 5'6 tank. I'm not about to try and tell him how to do things.

    mm i wouldnt gauge the gear by sex drive tho.. im a horny son of a bitch neway and havent noticed ne sex drive increase and im in week 6 of test e cycle... i thort my gear was bunk as i didnt feel i looked any bigger... but.... i weighed myself for first time in 4 weeks today and im up 6.5 kg from start of cycle :P who woulda thort

    If you don't think he knows what he is doing, then you shouldn't trust him to be giving you legit gear.

    I think your protein intake with the diet you posted is the problem. You shouldn't be getting 50% of your calories from carbohydrates...That's way too much!

    I'd listen to war4BTT before you start worrying about your gear.

    You should be seeing some results with Sust at this point, but once again, I'm inclined to believe it is crappy diet that is limiting you.

    bleh, I'm on that "you can digest more then 30-40grams of protein at a time" wagon, your guys are saying up the protein? Alright, I'll aim for 250-300/day, but still keep it to around 50grams at a time, just up the ones that are low.

    It's not about shoving 100g of protein at each meal, but 30-40 is far too low...Don't go higher than 60g per meal and eat 5-6 times a day depending on schedule to get at least 350g protein.

    Your protein uptake will be greatly increased while on steroids, so you should try to create a surplus if possible.

    When you make the diet tweaks, you'll begin to notice big changes.

    I am not hornier but I wake up with hard ons and while I am driving. Kinda strange. I have gained close to 13lbs so far and my strength is up. I just started week 5. 400mg a week of cyp.

    All I am trying to say is sex drive is not the only thing. I would change my diet if I were you.
