Is it Possible to achieve a Year Round Low water Retention physique?

Im in the process of cutting fat and i want to Achieve a ripped , tight and no water look now.

Im not exactly into bodybuilding but more modeling/fitness.

I stand at 5.11 and weight 165.Dont hit on me for my weight,Like i said im more into a Ripped , tight waist and Fitness.

My question for you is , I was trying to do low carb diet for a very long time(Only carbs from veggies).

Its strange because it seem like ive been retaining water lately.Maybe im not consumming enough Salt?

Is it possible To Get A Year Round low Water Retention Physique?

How do i do that? I Mean i dont want to Retain Water year round.

I heard that you NEED SODIUM in fact to not Retain water or your body will start Retaining water if you dont get Enough Sodium, Maybe thats why?

I was doing a low CARBS(No Starch at all) Only Brocoli were my source of carbs.Maybe my Salt intake wasnt high Enough? Maybe that with Low carbs you dont Need TO drink Too much water(It leads to increase water retention)

Maybe my Carbs source for carb up were not good(I dont know, i seem to retain water when i eat oatmeal???)..

Im kinda lost and i need input from you guys.

    Thanks

A couple things that you can do is to:

    1. Drink more water... I know it sounds like a contradiction, but drinking water helps flush out your kidneys, keep your metabolism on track and in short, keep your whole digestive system clean and efficient. The more you take in, the more your body flushes out. (Within reason of course)
    2. Eat less sodium. I'm not sure where you got your info from but excess sodium will actually make you retain water and give you a soft look. Your body only needs like 2000mg of sodium a day to carry on it's metabolic processes.
    3. Eat more fiber. This may not be a problem for you because you eat your veggies, but Fiber keeps the digestive tract moving smoothly, and also aids in the removal of excess fluid.

    Hope this helps.

I've also heard that dairy products will give you a soft appearance as well, but I don't know about that for sure, there's always been some contraversy. Just somethin to keep in mind.

That's good. real food is better for your body than whey anyway. I have one shake per day PWO.
What do you do as far as cardio?
