i was just curious! . do you have to eat at the same times everyday for succesful gains ? . . or can you just eat the same amount of calories at diff times everyday or around the same time .

i personally try to eat all the time unless sleeping... it is better for your body if you eat every two hours or so. but i dont think there would be much difference in having breakfast at 6 one morning and at nine the next. as long as you still take in the same amount.
alright the same thing with me . i just eat every 2 hours as soon as i wake up .. whenever that time is ...i read somewhere that you had to eat at the same times every single day for gains . some days i like to sleep in lol.![]()
yeah same. if your awake for aprox 16 hours then you have 8 meals i dont think it matters what times those 16 hours fall onto.
thats what i thought , i read differently somewhere on the net.
yes your body does like to eat at the same time daily to have homeostasis
some will say it does not matter as long as you split up around 6 meals/daily
so it doesnt matter what time i wake up during the day , just as long as i get the calories i need ?
