I have just started week 4 of my cycle 500mg test e, i have been a bit slack on my cardio (only few sessions a week) and this mourning i went for a road run. after about 2km i could not run any more due to pain in my calfs and shins (like very bad lactic acid which did not go away until awhile after i got home). when walking back i noticed that my toes had started to become numb and when i took my shoes of my fit had swelled a little. My last legs session was 4 days ago.
Has anyone had an experince like this before or has any idea why. Do you think it could be related to my cycle? Any ideas on how to stop it?
