needs some advise from a trainer.
seems like over the past weeks i have been working myself out defination: basically my tricep and biceps are getting bigger but not my arms and wrist. also I'm seeing good results (gains) in my quads and hammy but not my shin and calfs; the same with my back and lats but not my chest or glute muscles. In some way my shape is a little awkward.
what do i need to do.
caveat: dont' tell me to hire a trainer, I can't afford one but a training book is available on my shelf. thanks for reply in advance
