    Best Time To Burn Fat?

    What is the best time to burn fat?
    Is it doing cardio in the morning before breakfast or does it not matter as long as you do cardio on an empty stomach?

    I normally eat a small carbs meal at 2PM and then go to gym at 4 and do cardio for about over an hour, is that still good to burn fat?

    you burn fat 24 hours a day. With proper weight training and cardio, you are a fat burning machine. Dont worry about the times. Just make sure you are eating 5-6 well balanced meals a day.

    Low intensity, steady state cardio imo is the best for burning fat (while sparing muscle) and should be preformed when your glycogen levels are depleted. That being said, I preform cardio either in the fasted state, first thing in the morning or after my workout (when glycogen has been used up). AdamGH is right though, with the proper nutrition and appropriate activity your body can burn fat 24/7.
