Hey guys can you take a look at this for me. not looking to start until END OF JANUARY/START OF FEB, until i have gained some more weight and happy with myself etc, will post current pic in a bit just trying to figure out how to get pic on. Posting now so i can get all the stuff together and can think long and hard about it.
I have cycle experince in the past of everything i have included except the IGF-1 this will be cycle 2nd that i have posted on here for help and advise and what everyone thinks of it.
Current stats:
Still - 5'6"
weight - 165lbs
BF - 15%(not at this anymore has dropped hell of a lot getting it taken again week tomorrow as it will be 4weeks since i been back, will post it and new weight oncei know it with a new pic tonight hopefully.)
wk1-4 50mg dbol ed
wk1-14 750mg 187.5mg/eod
wk1-11 400mg deca
wk9-12 50mg Winstrol/ed
wk6-16 250ius HCG x2wk.
wk16-23 120mcg clen/ed
wk19 -23 PCT Nolva and Clomid
wk19-23 80mcg IGF-1
got proviron on hand to begin with as i can get this and nice and cheap but if gyno effects come on to hard will change over to adex
Hoping to be touching 175lbs-180lbs by end of Jan/start Feb when i start.
Reasons for Choices:
*DBOl love the kick start you get from this and the pumps are just incerdible great gains within such a short peroid of time and as it's still winter be well appreciated.
*Sus just love sus and dont mind pinning at all always had great results from it will never have a bad word said about it.
*Deca whats not to say great results and good for joints got really bad knees and elbows so helps out them. Did think about tren but not 100% any opinions
*Winstrol be coming into spring/summer by the end of the course so instead of waiting for a cutting course as it will be autum by the time i get back in throwing in towards the end just to harden up a little and get rid of any puffiness
*Clen simialr reasons to winstrol plus i've read ppl using it in PCT to help maintain muscle mass etc so going to try this and see how i get on with it.
*HCG keep the boys in check, this will be the longest cycle ive done so will need.
*nolva/clomid PCT nothing else said gone for 5wks though due to length any need or should it be longer?
*IGF-1 never used this mixed reports on it some say its great others rubbish putting at end of cycle to see how i get on as this is where i feel body will be needing all the help it can get in PCT but if i can afford to will also place in middle of course for an extra kick
All over too you guys for any words of advise on it if any changes or what you would do diffrently, remember i am NOT doing this now only just back in gym, im waiting to end of jan/feb when i will hopefully be close to 175/180lbs and will get this pic put up.
