    Possibly cycle for jan/feb.

    Hey guys can you take a look at this for me. not looking to start until END OF JANUARY/START OF FEB, until i have gained some more weight and happy with myself etc, will post current pic in a bit just trying to figure out how to get pic on. Posting now so i can get all the stuff together and can think long and hard about it.

    I have cycle experince in the past of everything i have included except the IGF-1 this will be cycle 2nd that i have posted on here for help and advise and what everyone thinks of it.

    Current stats:
    Still - 5'6"
    weight - 165lbs
    BF - 15%(not at this anymore has dropped hell of a lot getting it taken again week tomorrow as it will be 4weeks since i been back, will post it and new weight oncei know it with a new pic tonight hopefully.)

    wk1-4 50mg dbol ed
    wk1-14 750mg 187.5mg/eod
    wk1-11 400mg deca
    wk9-12 50mg Winstrol/ed
    wk6-16 250ius HCG x2wk.
    wk16-23 120mcg clen/ed
    wk19 -23 PCT Nolva and Clomid
    wk19-23 80mcg IGF-1
    got proviron on hand to begin with as i can get this and nice and cheap but if gyno effects come on to hard will change over to adex

    Hoping to be touching 175lbs-180lbs by end of Jan/start Feb when i start.

    Reasons for Choices:
    *DBOl love the kick start you get from this and the pumps are just incerdible great gains within such a short peroid of time and as it's still winter be well appreciated.
    *Sus just love sus and dont mind pinning at all always had great results from it will never have a bad word said about it.
    *Deca whats not to say great results and good for joints got really bad knees and elbows so helps out them. Did think about tren but not 100% any opinions
    *Winstrol be coming into spring/summer by the end of the course so instead of waiting for a cutting course as it will be autum by the time i get back in throwing in towards the end just to harden up a little and get rid of any puffiness
    *Clen simialr reasons to winstrol plus i've read ppl using it in PCT to help maintain muscle mass etc so going to try this and see how i get on with it.
    *HCG keep the boys in check, this will be the longest cycle ive done so will need.
    *nolva/clomid PCT nothing else said gone for 5wks though due to length any need or should it be longer?
    *IGF-1 never used this mixed reports on it some say its great others rubbish putting at end of cycle to see how i get on as this is where i feel body will be needing all the help it can get in PCT but if i can afford to will also place in middle of course for an extra kick

    All over too you guys for any words of advise on it if any changes or what you would do diffrently, remember i am NOT doing this now only just back in gym, im waiting to end of jan/feb when i will hopefully be close to 175/180lbs and will get this pic put up.

    imo....all you need to do is EAT and TRAIN....

    or at least do a more simple cycle...you are making it way to complicated...

    If i were you id do this

    Test E 600mg/wk x 14 wks
    Deca 500mg/wk x 12 wks
    Dbol 50mg ed x 4 wks

    you are no more than 10% bf

    and pick...bulk or cut

    Yeah i know thats why i'm starting it next year to see how i get on with eating my very first cycle was a poor one with bad advise
    wk1-8 500mg sus
    wk1-8 200mg horse deca
    wk1-8 50mg dbol
    hcg as pct

    pretty much the same for 3years or there abouts trying diffrent things which i was told was good until i started to read and learn more and more and then stumbbled across this site and became a member and got good solid advice i have posted course i did up on here already can find it on the link attached and have kept the gains pretty well from it.

    Still deciding on what to do maybe i wont do it maybe i will maybe i'l wait a little longer all depends how the next few months go and advice i get and read up on, so we'll see

    Diet has been restarted only back in the gym for 4weeks after having 7months off so pretty happy at what ive kept so it wont take to long to get the weight coming back on, and reviewing diet over and over all the time.

    Could do this but hoping to go traveling and stop of in Aus for a year or too and this maybe last course for a while until i can find someone in aus to help me with my HRT;o) problems so want to try and get it all in one kinda thing but i can see where ya coming from but wasnt to keen on eth for some reason either it was under or what or i just messed around with it. Sus always been one of my favs like everyone else will have diffrent favs. But thanks for the input and i will think about it.

    I dont think that is a good cycle for you. That is overkill for someone 165lbs. Your diet needs work to get big adding more compounds will do nothing if diet isnt perfect.

    redz not starting this until end of jan/feb at earliest and im waiting until i get to 175/108 hopefully closer to 180 if not heavier just putting a few ideas on paper, but thanks for concren lol

    Still thoguh you can bulk more without juice. Get the diet straightend away and really just eat a ton of meat and protein. Is that going to be your first or second cycle?

    lol np redz did think after i posted that i should have put in here but for some reason the function wont allow me.

    Yeah im deff going to be eating a lot more ive posted diet in diet sec for nark and nova to look at to get me down to 10%bf and as soon as i am there bulk up again i know a lot of people are going to say why didnt yu just bulk straight away, reason is i'm going to put on a little fat from bulking anyway so i rather start from 10% and bulk back to 12-13% and come down again than go to 18-19% and come back down to 10%

    in total this will prob be 6cycle but 2nd proper cycle which i have had good advise given to from guys like yourself on here give me, as discussed all compounds have been tried before either with each other or on own depend what i was told whe ni first started and without any or little PCT, i think the only reason i have kept so much from the cycle begining of the year is down to having my first proper PCT with a course. in all i am happy with the results i have kept from not seeing an inside of a gym for 6-7months. As soon as i get my BF taken next wk i'll be on my bulking diet and will get it all posted and put up to get it checked and so on etc. I will also start a new thread to keep track of my progress.
    If i can gain what i did last cycle then i will be more than happy with myself and where i've come from when i first started training 7years ago or so.
