So I am doing a Test E cycle and I had my diet in check for a while before I started. Did some looking around here, tweaked it and have been on it for about a month now. However as I look at more and more people's diets it seems mine (maybe) has too much protien? and not enough carbs? In any case Here it is. Any tips would be very appreciated guys. Thanx

Same exact diet only I down my morning shake upon waking and go right into an hour cardio on the treadmill. I also have a cheat meal these two days. It does'nt mean I run to McDonalds and pig out. I usually just switch it up and have a steak & prawns diner and a light beer or something along those lines. Nothing crazy.
