    Cycle Diet (please review)

    So I am doing a Test E cycle and I had my diet in check for a while before I started. Did some looking around here, tweaked it and have been on it for about a month now. However as I look at more and more people's diets it seems mine (maybe) has too much protien? and not enough carbs? In any case Here it is. Any tips would be very appreciated guys. Thanx

    12 week Test E
    500mg/week split
    first cycle

    MON-FRI :

    11:45am - WAKE

    12:00pm - 1 scoop whey isolate, 1 tbs flaxseed oil, 5g glutamine, vitamins

    pro 30g , carb 2g , cal 140

    12:30pm - 8 egg whites, 1/2 can tuna, 1 cup of oats, tbs raspberry jam (no sugar added), 1 slice flax toast

    pro 59g , carb 72g , cal 490

    3:00pm - 5 oz Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice OR 50g mini rice cakes, 1 cup broccoli OR mixed veg

    pro 45g , carb 51g , cal 280

    5:00pm - PreWO - 7oz Chicken breast, 1/2 cup potato, 1 cup broccoli OR mixed veg, 1/2 cup unsalted mixed nuts, 1 scoop whey isolate

    pro 97g , carb 49g , cal 655

    5:30pm - TRAIN ( 60-90mins )

    7:00pm - PostWO - 2 scoop whey isolate, 1 cup oats

    pro 70g , carb 58g , cal 580

    9:00pm - 5oz Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocolli or mixed veg

    pro 45g , carb 51g , cal 280

    12:00am - Protien Bar, 1 cup unsalted mixed nuts

    pro 44g , carb 65g , cal 900

    2:00am - 5oz Chicken, 1/2 cup potato, 1 cup broccoli or mixed veg

    pro 45g , carb 51g , cal 280

    3:30am - 2 scoops whey isolate, 1 tbs flaxseed oil, 5g glutamine

    pro 60g , carb 4g , cal 280

    4:00am - SLEEP

    pro 491g , carb 403g , cal 3,985


    SAT and SUN

    Same exact diet only I down my morning shake upon waking and go right into an hour cardio on the treadmill. I also have a cheat meal these two days. It does'nt mean I run to McDonalds and pig out. I usually just switch it up and have a steak & prawns diner and a light beer or something along those lines. Nothing crazy.

    Personally I think you have too many carbs. Protein is a little high but not excessively, you just shit out the excess anyway. Are you growing on this ?

    yeah some steady growth but seems like I should have more. Should I take out some carbs and protien? Also it is a pretty big chore getting all this food down everyday.

    Just from a glance, not enough fats, protein seems a little excessive, carbs are too high.
