170cm
70kg
info: my lack of diet is appalling as i havent found a routine to follow i would be glad if someone good steer me in the direction if they have a plan of some sort to follow...? i want to gain size as i am a easy gainer...
workout: 2 body parts a day x 3 exercises per body part with 3 sets for each with a pyramid 12, 10, 8 no rest between unless i cant move and need a bit of a rest.
i wanted to do a cycle but i want to focus on my diet as it is nothing with out it...
cycle: any help? test prop? deca? how man ml's do i need for a cycle and how to use?
pics: i will post soon and when i figure out how also.
