I have weight lifting for about 6 years now but haven't taken it too seriously until now. I am looking to redo my workout routine because im getting little results. In the past I've worked every muscle in my upper body with about 2 or 3 different exercises 5 days a week. I know that I need to give my muscles time to rest but i feel like if i dont work a certain muscle it was a wasted workout. Also, I recently got out of the military and the cardio kind of stuck with me. I enjoy running and run at least 2 miles everytime i work out. Above all my diet is lacking the most. I'm a starving college kid and i quickly learned that eating healthy isn't cheap. I searched the forums and found a lot of general diets and exercise routines but i feel like i need to get something that is more taylored to my body. I'm currently 165lbs and 5'7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
