for me carb cycling is automatic; off days I automatically have less carbs because there is no PWO shake and for on days, I do. Also, while cutting (especially being carb depleted for the final few weeks) , the cheat day I take automatically serves as a carb refeed day...
but heres a bump for some better input

i would go with high, low, no, having two refeed days in a row is pointless, as you will be brimming after the first day, but spacing them out will help to prevent this
make sure you are using them wisely, i.e. doing legs on one high day and back on the other to take advantage of the extra carbs
