Long time reader, first time poster.
I've been lifting for roughly 4 years
The heaviest i've been in off season was 90kg, **** it was hard work.
Ideally i'd like to be 82kg of pure lean mass, realistically 80kg pure lean.
Anyhow, i've joined for much needed advice and clarification of starting cycles and PCT therapy.
I'll be posting some photos to help critique me, see if im ready for my first cycle, which I'll probably start in march, So I can cut down and look good for this summer
