thats not all creatine is good for....
Oxandrolone can significantly stimulate phosphocreatine in muscle cells in turn improving ATP production and regeneration.

Kre-alkyn works well with Var....I'd say 2 caps in the am with breakfast.....2 caps with pre workout meal.

creatine hcl Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride will not bloat you up no water ect if diet is right....
