But regardless of that, I've been dedicating a big portion of my life recently for that.
10 meals/day and used to work out 2 times/day 6 days a week. slowed down to 6 times/week now hitting each body part twice per week.

375x20 is very impressive. The best guys at the NFL combine are ony doing 225 for 38-42 reps.

Whats your split look like to train everything 2 times a week in 6 days...
I'm trying to understand your split. I thought about doing twice a week bodypart, but I thought that would be overtraining.
So it looks like:
Mon - Chest, Shoulders, calves sets are : 12, 8, 6 respectivley
Tues - Back, hams, triceps 12, 8, 8
Wed - quads, traps, biceps 12, 4, 8
Thurs - Repeat....
But how do you break it up into 2 workouts per day? Do you do Chest and calves in the AM and Shoulders in PM , Back in AM and Ham and Triceps in PM, Quads and Traps in AM and Biceps in PM?
When do you do ABS and how often?
do the number represent the number of work sets...

I HATE leg day so if I can break it up it will be a dream come true... I have been doing everything once a week in this order chest/back/legs/sholders/arms for about 5 years...lol

I just finshed my first cycle and gained 8 lbs and I'm up to 210 at 5'11". I'm looking to add something to my test and dbol on the next cycle to hit 230. I don't think I will lose much because I don't have very much fat or water with the last cycle.
