    Help me brush this up...

    I know it needs work but this is what I have been eating. Just writing it down I realized I eat no veggies. Im trying to bulk, Im about 245lbs 5'9' Not sure my BF but I can still see some abs, Sortta...lol Looking to get to about 260 mid feb. Well here it is.

    9am Carbs Cals Protien

    8 egg whites 240 48
    2 Cups Oats 100 600 20

    11am
    8oz Ground beef 95/5 450 64
    1.5 cups Brown Rice 90 440 12

    Train

    Im open to ideas... Not to mention I eat pizza and meat balls and icecream on the weekends. I train Monday through friday and I do no cardio. My split is chest/Back/legs/Sholders/Arms...

    Im on about 1500 mg enethate per week, 750mg sust per week, 10IU GH per day blue tops.

    Geeze ,that's a lot of gear!

    The only real issues that jump out at me are probably known to you... A lot of food from sources that aren't food.
    Weekend cheats are pretty ugly...

    5580 seems like a lot for calories for you..
    At your height and weight, I don't know if I'd go much past 4700

    Cals are bit high....carbs I'd drop to about 400g a day and pro I'd bring down to about 375g a day...not to mention you're overkill on the amounts of gear you're using. I'd bring the test down to a gram a week, add in some deca or even eq over the sust and drop the growth down to maybe 6iu's a day....but that's just my .02's
