Im open to ideas... Not to mention I eat pizza and meat balls and icecream on the weekends. I train Monday through friday and I do no cardio. My split is chest/Back/legs/Sholders/Arms...
Im on about 1500 mg enethate per week, 750mg sust per week, 10IU GH per day blue tops.
