Hello all,
Brand new to the site and man do I have a lot of questions. I have been reading all of the FAQs and I am now more confused then ever.
I have been using natural products for sometime but at age 37 I have hit that wall where I am not going to get any bigger. Not that I am huge or anything to begin with. At 6' tall and 197 pounds I have a swimmers physique but would like to get much more from my workouts.
Without breaking any forum rules could someone tell me exactly what a cycle is? And what is the best way to break down the information in that post?
I just thought a cycle was use xxx for so long then do not use at all for a time then go back on.
Well anyway I am sure I will have lots more questions as I read along. I thought of buying a book but since information changes all the time I thought this could be wayste of money.
