Diet-Ultra-Clean with my Cals being at Maintenance for now.
cycle exp- none, this would be my first
Goals of cycle- Put on 15-20 lbs lean muscle and drop approx 3% BF
ok I am looking to start my first cycle in the next month or two and doing alot of the grunt work in prep for it. I'd like to hear your thoughts on some questions i had.
First, what kinda cycle would help me accomplish my goals. I was thinking something along these lines:
12 wks- Test P 100 mgs/ED
last 6 wks- Winny 50 mg/ED
PCT-Tamoxifen Citrate 40 mg/ED for 3 weeks
Clomid- 20mg/ED for 3 weeks
Will have Letro on hand
I would have added Tren in there but with it being my first cycle, I didn't want to go too crazy starting out. Also for PCT would HCG be an absolute requirement or would my current PCT do the trick? would like your critiques/additions/subtractions to this cycle.
Finally is diet. What range should my Cals(along with macros %) fall into for my goal. I.E 1000 cals above maintenance,1500 above? etc.
I've gotten some excellent advice a while ago from i think war1bt maybe? I was 210 with 15% bf and was able to take his advice to shed some BF and i really thank him for that.
