    GRRR.....Waist Line

    Can you guys help me out with my waist line and what do you think my BF% is?

    uhm, your waist looks fine lol.

    bodyfat is around 10%

    i find it pretty hard to believe you have a 35 inch waist line bro. you're not going to get any comments here saying your waist looks bad. i dont know why you're stressing about it

    Very decieving..I figured you were in the 32-33 range. Your stomach/waist looks fine tho.

    i honestly dont see why it bothers you. your bodyfat is low and you have what looks like a solid base to work with. work on getting your lats and chest up and you'll get more of a tapered look

    Wider shouders=Smaller waist. Your waist looks fine to me also. I would guess you in the 9-10% BF range as well.

    Your bf is low, around 9 to 10%, you shouldn't worry about the tape. Like the guys stated, if you want to look better work on you shoulders and lats!

    u sure your measuring in the right spot? i cant see your waist getting much smaller.

    im in the same boat man. I have a 34-36 waist as well. I am 5'10." Genetics just gave us big waists. All you can do is work on getting your shoulders and back bigger to add to the illusion of a smaller waist.

    Work on your back so you will have that illusion of small waist.
