i am changing my routine to a 3 on 1 off split working each bodypart twice a week. i am wondering what is the best order to use as i dont want to put too much stress on my back from doing legs and back to close.
i am thinking legs,push,pull.?
also how many total sets should i be doing since i will be training twice per week to avoid overtraining?
my idea- legs- 4working sets of squats
3 sets of lunges
4 sets of leg curls or stiff legs
push muscles- 8 total working sets for chest
5 sets for shoulders
4 sets for tris
pull muscles- 9-10 working sets for back
5 sets for bi
