You can take certain diet drugs that will allow you to lose weight without a proper diet.. But I am sure its not all fat you will be losing.. Hint=muscle

I was just asking a general question. I know how important diet is, but I have friends who are under the impression that someone with 15-20% can take certain supplements or administer a cycle or cycles that will get them ripped without paying too much attention to their diet
If you do a shat load of cardio I see no reason why they couldnt strip fat. Its all about negative energy balance anyway.
