Question What to take to keep BP in check?

Just wondering what to take to keep blood pressure in check and are there certain chemicals that increase blood pressure?

    Thanks

well, caffeine/any stimulant will affect blood pressure, having a high body fat percentage, tobacco use, sodium intake, stress, alcohol, and genetics can affect BP negatively. In time, fish oil/flax seed oil etc. will lower blood pressure. CoQ10 as well. Along with garlic and folic acid will all lower blood pressure.
