Thinking on my no carb days if I should add Glucavol to my PWO only.
I don't want my muscles starving but at the same time, this is a crucial time as well, Im sure I won't fill them up with 72g of carbs per day.
Normally I do
Sun - wens no carbs
Thursday - friday high carbs
Sat Low carbs
Let me know some of your thoughts, my goal is fat loss currently 2nd, maintain muscle 1st
