I workout 4 days a week. I mainly just lift. I do cardio about 2 days a week. Should I start doing a lot more cardio? Any suggestions?

it depends on what ur goals are
buddy of mine is a fireman, the main thing you need is endurance, not power lifting..
yes explosive strength is needed, but if you can't do it for 15 minutes, it won't help you..
do high rep lower weight to increase your stamina and strength..

I thought about some sort of circuit training. Havent really thought about the exercises yet. Classes start monday so I need to get something together. I want to get on at the airport but I have to have 400 hours.
