Alright. I have a .avi file that i want to take the audio from and make it into a ringtone to put on my BlackBerry. Is there any way to do this? I used to cut ringtones from a program i downloaded but i forget it. Can anyone help?

i use audacity and u will also need the lame mp3 encoder, lame.sourceforge.net
once you run lame on your computer it will always be there in the background. you then open the avi using audacity and do what ever editing you want and then choose export to mp3, use Desktop manager to load on BB
