Listen, I have read many times that heating olive oil above x temperature (for frying) destroys its benefits.

Does the same hold true for flax?

I use flax with my canned chicken: put in a pan with some cooked spinach
and it makes it very moist. I put the flax at the end just in case this myth is true....
But Ive tried putting the oil at the start and that makes it taste even juicier.
