Just wondering how everyone packs up their flax oil (or other oil) to take on the go for the day. I have a hard time finding the right container (without the container leaking) and keeping it cold throughout the day.

Yeah, but if I want 12g of fat in a meal, that would mean I have to take 6-12 capsules depending on how big they are. That seems like it would get expensive.

well in that case I'd get a tub with a screw on lid and buy yourself a little cooler bag. They work just a treat m8

Put it in a tupperware container, and take a snack pack/cooler with ya.
