20 minutes high intensity on non-cardio days... Thats just warm ups.

Cardio is 2 times a week, and thats 40 minutes.

btw, this belongs in the workout section.

Depends on your cycle, goals, and your basal metabolism...

On a cycle with tren...I dont do cardio at all...

Bulking cycles I only do enough to prevent excess fat storage...

Cutting cycles that i do usually have tren...I dont do cardio then...just diet modification

I do 15 Minutes a day 5 days a week... but that's just currently I am trying to drop Body fat in Preperation for my next cycle... but anyways I have always been told as long as you do 15 minutes you won't burn an muscle tissue... I don't know how true it is but it has always worked for me... so whether it's true or not it is still a routine I practice.

Easy cardio @ 4.2 on treadmill for one mile. 3 times a week at the end of your workout. This increases red blood cells which only helps oxygen to get into the bloodstream. This not only helps cardio wise, but it helps strength as well.

I am currently cutting and using tren e and still do tons of cardio in fact tren has not adversly affected my cardio at all. I do 30 mins upon waking 5 days a week and 30 mins in the evening 6 days a week plus 2 hours of hockey per week.

I like to do a 10 min cardio warm up then the majority of my cardio after weight training. Because i dont drink a carb drink during workout i feel i can burn fat much sooner into my cardio by weight training first (which in theory would deplete blood sugars) and then start burning fat for fuel much sooner than the 20 mins it it would take for that to start doing cardio alone. i usually do 30 mins post workout. *L* not much i know but i do hate cardio!

I always worried about having a catabolic affect from doing cardio/weight training in one work out. Anybody here have that problem while not cycling?
