    Question My PWO Shake Comments

My PWO Shakes consists of this

    5G BCAA Powder (instantized)
    5G L-Glutamine
1 Scoop Isopure zero Carb (cookies and creme) 25G Pro
1 Scoop Porbolic MHP (cookies and creme) 20G Pro
2 Scoops Glucevol (plain) 72G Carbs

    45G Protein
    77G Carbohydrate
    528 Calories

Im a believer in Whey / Casein PWO mix due to the constant feeding of the muscles after whey is absorbed keeping nitrogren high with constant feeding stream of protein

well it looks decent. i would take out the glutamine.

it will fight for uptake with the glutamine in your whey and such

what type of carbs do you have?
im guessing that the carbs come from the Glucevol. but i dont recognize that name/brand

I heard of the glutamine and whey before fighting for absorption tossed around.
Im cutting, id prefer no extra water.
I was thinking about adding the least amount of water retaining creatine, I know creatine can help in weight loss and also musclemass, just was unsure and not really wanting that water.

Glucevol is the new Pure Vitargo (www.professionalsupplements.net), they had to change there labs name got sued in sweden or something.
    So yes a WaxyMaize

GlucEVOL is a long chain complex carbohydrate derived from the ultra high density waxy maize starch. Waxy maize is the hottest trend and most widely used carbohydrate throughout the pro ranks and among serious athletes everywhere.
GlucEVOL's unique sugar free, pharmaceutical grade blend of waxy maize acts like an internal vacuum by pulling nutrients and water directly to the muscle bellies and virtually bypassing digestion in the stomach. This "vacuum like process" is activated by its high molecular weight which is more than 100 times greater maltodextrin and nearly 3000 times greater than dextrose. Due this high molecular weight and rapid absorption, there is virtually no bloating or stomach
GlucEvol supplementation promotes the appearance of increased muscularity while increasing energy storage and super-hydration.
GlucEvol's superior results are further optimized by incorporating a unique Carbohydrate Digestive Enzyme Blend, Vanadyl Sulfate and Alpha Lipoic Acid to help maximize glycogen transport and storage. Perfect for performance athletes of all levels.
    Key Benefits:
    • Sugar Free
    • Reloads Muscle Glycogen 70% Faster
    • The Ultimate Nutrient Transporter
    • Mind Blowing Pumps and Workout Endurance
    • Quicker Recovery
    • Carbohydrate Digestive Enzymes

Yep, I'm not a believer in WMS, and read many articles that it is a below average carb. My shakes consist of both slow and fast protein and carbs. Looks like this:

    Whey
    Caseine
    Maltodextrin
    Oats
