I'm pretty much new to the forum. I was wonder how someone can reply to the threads that has a envelope with a picture of a lock over the envelope and it has important. I have a question about the thread doc posted about the IPF 3 lift training program. Any help here?

doc checks the site either daily or every other day, just post your questions and he will answer, along probably with lots of other help from people on the forum that are pro's or close to it
