    cutting carbs question

I wanted to see what I could expect if I cut the crabs completely out of the last 3 meals of the day or something to that effect. I am assuming it would be weight loss. I workout after meal one and do cardio 4-5 times a week. I eat 6 meals a day. I am 5'10" 204 lbs 10-12% body fat. Looking to get to 8% or least closer to 8% lol. I am not losing or gaining currently for the past 2 months. Ive gotten very disappointed with lack of results and lately haven't been following my diet closely. You know what though, my weight doesn't change even when not following my diet. It is like my body doesn't want to go any lower in weight. I stay within the 202-208 lbs range. So something needs to change.

as time goes on ur gonna need to adjust ur diet according to your weight and BMI. Say you were 212 when you began cutting, and now ur 204, ur gonna need to adjust ur intake slightly lower to continue cutting

i created the diet at 202 lbs. so that isnt the case. i think my problem may be consistency, but figured my weight would have changed a little bit. maybe even dip below 200. instead i stay at 202-208. i dont feel like im getting bigger or smaller. just stuck..lol. figured maybe if i played with the carbs id get some type of results.

I notice that just cutting carbs my last 2 meals of the day (other than green veggies) makes a difference in my weightloss... I think that a small tweek like you're suggesting and getting your diet consistency back in check will provide you with the results you desire... Also, keep in mind that weight loss does slow after the initial kickstart, so you may have to prolong the diet to get the same results as when you started

Only one way to find out, try it. Seriously give it two weeks and see if you can tell a difference on the scale or in the mirror. Also, you seem like an ideal candidate for carb cycling, give it a shot.
