    time for meals>

alright, ive been wondering is it productive to eat faster or slower? me i can eat my meals in around five minutes which i consider pretty damn fast lol... i was wondering if this has any negative effect?

Also when doing my cardio, around the 45th minute even if im doin a walk at 3.5 mph my Heart Rate shoots up around 150-160 BPM at times, says the machine, which will cause me to start losing muscle mass and fat which is obviously not what i want (muscle loss) thing is i know my body is working but i dont feel tired, ill be sweating but im not short of breath, and i feel like if i put the speed any lower im doin myself no good... anyways just wanna know what the thought is on this. obviously my HR is 150-160 the whole time, but at times the machine (treadmill) tells me that it is.

I don't think eating faster or slower really makes a difference... I eat fast too, just make sure you chew your food LOL

If I were you I'd grab a stopwatch, or just look at a clock with a second hand and make sure your BPM that it tells you on the tread mill is correct. Even if it feels like if you slow down more you won't be doing any good, it's all about your heart rate. If you need to go at a snail's pace for a while to stay in your target range, then by all means slow down.
