I have never used orals always injects. I'm going to kickstart my cycle with anadrol50. Because the active life is so short (16hrs) should I take one twice a day or is once enough?

best to split it through out the day.

iv ran anadrol twice, currently being my second time, and its pretty good! ull notice strength gains extremely fast! i stick to one dose of 50mg a day
