why would you want to do this..
that would be ok if your going to cut.but not the wise choice if going for mass in my opinion.what r your goals for this cycle?
Overall bad idea, I plan on doing one major workout of my whole body the last day of my cycle the same day i leave for cuba but thats just for the extra pump. It would be bad to do this all the time thats why we all do splits.
