obviously it should not take the place of water, but I see no reason why one every now and then would be bad. I often have a few of these on the weekends.for all of the scientific guru's, any scientific evidence showing that coke zero is bad for you?
haha yer not drinkin that many! but just sayin is the only reason you shouldnt drink normal coke from all the sugar so if theres none in there it should be fine.. caffeine doesnt bother me... so yer from a scientific point of veiw neone?
if you like drinking a bunch of unnatural chemicals, then i see no problem with it.
It wont affect your fat loss.
But research the sweeteners that are in it. Many of todays sweeteners are bad for you.
And like adamgh said, look at the ingredients. I dont drink that crap because of that.
Its a huge list of nasty gunk.
Did you know that if you stick a large uncut turkey in a bath of coke it will dissapear in two weeks?
I wouldnt put that shit in my stomach too often.
I would stick to coffee, as it has more caffeine, and health benefits (antioxidants), and keeps you warm.
I agree with cardio dan and adamgh...
Carbonation from the soda is arguably unhealthy. There is confounding opinions as to the actual effects of carbonation in the human body. Some say that CO2 in carbonation is broken down almost immediately, so it has no effect on the stomach. Others claim CO2 raises Ph levels which prevents absortion of nutrients and destroys enzymes for digestion.
I would imagine that a small amount would be alright, but individuals who consume above normal quantities for extended periods often suffer from bone degenerative disorders long term... Coffee should be your friend if you're looking for the caffiene kick... If you just want a sweet drink, just go with crystal light...
Personally, when I have a had carbonated beverages in the past, I noticed a difference when doing cardio... I seem to have a harder time keeping pace and catching my breath...

Good point re: carbonation - try this experiment - take a raw egg and crack it into a glass of soda - watch the violent reaction - in high school my science teacher said it was the proteins in the egg reacting with co2. Dunno if he was right or what but i thought it couldnt be good. I now rarely drink diet soda. If he was right it would at least cause uncomfortable indigestion! Which prob isnt good. Im a crystal light fan as well.
If you have sodium sensitivity or are worried about bloating then don't drink it other than that u'll be fine.a very easy question hopefully... was lookin at coke zero the other day... 1.2 calories per can! is there ne reason you shouldnt drink it??
There is unnatural chems in virtually everything we eat unless its 100% organic.if you like drinking a bunch of unnatural chemicals, then i see no problem with it.
