    Do post workout calories count?

Hey guys. I am fixing up a bulking diet for winter and I calculated my calories needs to roughly be between 4400-4600 calories per day. Do I include my post workout shake in those calories, or is it seperate? The shake runs around 500 calories with dextrose and whey and some added creatine.

What about off days? Would I be eating 4400-4600 calories on those days as well or 500 less since there is no shake and I want to keep my eating times the same because of my schedule. Thanks a bunch everyone.

How do you adjust for your off days? If it says 4500 per day, is that only lifting days or is that non workout days too? If it is 4500 everyday, would I try to add another meal or just spread the shake calories out over the other meals?

I add another meal, usually with some good complex carbs.
