I bumped my Test C cycle up to 12 weeks (originally thought 10 but read 12 would be better, and glad I did)...was thinking of running it to 16?!?
I'm still noticing size and strength gains and have the gear to accomplish it. Goal is bulk, currently at 6'3", 233 lbs. More than a decade in the gym...diet is clean and carb and protein heavy.

Will the risk for being shut down increase dramatically going from 12 to 16?
Or should I relish in the 12 weeks, hit PCT and start again in the summer?
Is a 16 week Test C cycle a bad idea?
