you need to extend the test 2 weeks past the deca for one

Looks good except you need to run testE 2 weeks past deca, or at least 1 week so the compounds come out of your system same time. win or drol would by far be the more beneficial compounds to use at the end of a cycle prior to pct both are dht's and will aid in increasing free test and help keep anabolism high while your estered compounds are tapering outta your system. Your bulking so I would go with drol if you can get your hands on it IF your ready for it of course :P

100mg ed/ weeks 9-12 for anadrol?
sounds good im worried about the bad headaches and side effects common with anadrol though

im actually thinking about just running the winstrol weeks 8-12
anadrol is too risky for me, im not a big fan of bad headaches, i already get random cluster headaches, and have to take demarall for it

If your running deca for 12 weeks and test for 14 weeks your going to wanna run drol weeks 12-16. Stop drol 1 day before pct.


I know your worried about sides and you have all the right too but just fyi my 2nd cycle i ran trenE 500mg/week dbol 50mg ED, drol 75mg ED and testE 250mg week (IM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS). I had no sides. I never have any sides (beside 25lb lbm) so it would be hard for me to comment on them lucky me

is hcg really needed for pct?
ive ran two prior cycles test 500mg/wk and never felt hcg as a need
my body copes very easily

if your nuts shrink verry bad and u notice a clear gell type substance coming out when u "cum" and somtimes pain then grab some hcg youll need it. this has hapend with me useing 19nors
